BYU VOLLEYBALL in Spokane

We love watching volleyball, and we've really loved watching the BYU Women's Volleyball team when they're on BYUTV. Well, guess what, BYU now plays Gonzaga, so they get to come to Spokane. We decided to get as many BYU fans that we know to come together to watch them play. It was so exciting. We probably had about 15 families there supporting the cougars. It looked as if we had more fans then Gonzaga.

Kellie especially loves to watch these girls. I know she would dream of playing at BYU, if she was 6'5'' - which sadly is not going to happen. These girls were tall. I mean really tall. And that's coming from someone who is 6 ft. What was really cool about the game is that when the team left to go to the locker room they waved to us - we took up a very large section. And then a few minutes later they came out to talk to us. They said that they've never had so much fan support at an away game. It was awesome. The kids loved talking to them and we got some pretty cool pictures. Their tallest player - Jennifer is 6'5'' - she was the fan favorite. Kellie actually got a picture with her last year when we saw her at the airport so it was fun to get another picture with her to see how much Kellie has grown.

What a great experience - we love the cougars!
