September - School Starts

Kellie - 8th Grade

Ashlie - 5th Grade

Preston - Kindergarten

Haylie - Pre-school

As much as we loved our summer, we knew it would come to an end - and way too quickly. The kids were probably more ready for school to start than I was. Kellie started 8th grade. She wasn't nervous because going to the middle school is old hat for her and she was excited to see her friends. Ashlie started 5th grade and loves her new teachers and being back in the school instead of the portables like last year. Preston started Kindergarten and was very excited to go to the big school that his sisters go to, but most importantly he gets to ride the bus - that is his highlight of each day. And Haylie started pre-school. She is the most excited to be going to school like her older siblings. I get to be her teacher as well as 5 other ladies in the stake who also have 4 and 5 year old girls, including my sister Kristine and neice Katherine. We're doing a co-op so I get the opportunity to teach Haylie and all of her little friends every couple of months. It's been really fun and these girls are so excited to learn as well as play with each other.
